Hi, I'm Jenn!
I'm the founder of Dixon Assistants, where I help small business owners streamline operations, improve systems, manage projects, and stay focused on growing their businesses.
Before launching Dixon Assistants, I spent 13 years working in sales, marketing, and project management for a multinational corporation. As the department's second-in-command, I played a key role in helping grow a small business unit into a multi-million-dollar revenue generator. From managing projects and improving processes to supporting strategic initiatives, I learned firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and support a successful business.
While I gained valuable experience in the corporate world, my true passion has always been small businesses and the entrepreneurs behind them. I love helping business owners bring order to the chaos, solve problems, and create businesses that run more smoothly.
I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurialism and Small Business Management, which has deepened my understanding of business growth, operations, and strategy. Combined with my hands-on experience, it allows me to bring both practical solutions and big-picture thinking to the businesses I support.
One of my favorite parts of this work is helping overwhelmed business owners take a deep breath and feel a sense of relief knowing they don't have to do everything on their own. I love watching businesses become more organized and streamlined, and seeing owners gain the time and freedom to focus on what matters most. There's nothing more rewarding than watching a business (and business owner) transform, thrive, and grow.
